F Performance fish container

From catching fish at sea to the fish counter in the supermarket: The Utz Fish Container proves its value at every stage of the logistics chain – from the fishing vessel to the point of sale (POS).

This patented container system consists of three components:

1. F Performance container

Based on the proven performance features of the E Performance meat container. The container with outer dimensions of 600 x 400 x 150 mm has fully enclosed side walls. This means that the F Performance can be stacked on top of or under a E Performance meat container. To distinguish the fish container from the meat container, its color is significantly lighter than the blue of the E Performance.

2. Insert

A molded insert is placed inside the container. The insert has a perforated surface. In the system application, crushed ice is spread on the insert, the fish is placed on top and covered with ice again. As the ice melts, water drains through the holes under the curved part of the insert – preventing the fish from soaking in water.

3. Snap-on lid

To protect the contents, there is a snap-on lid that can be attached to the container using a locking mechanism. This means that the fish can be transported safely and hygienically in the container. Also prevents ice and meltwater from leaking out.
