Utz MEDIUM PLUS is the perfect complement to the proven Utz small and large load carriers. It features top handling, high load capacity, and easy integration into the workflows of the automotive industry. Utz MEDIUM PLUS in detail
Utz MEDIUM PLUS features a robust structure down to the last detail. The container is designed for long-term use in tough daily operations, providing optimal load protection and withstanding high stress (1, 2).
Utz MEDIUM PLUS can be used flexibly at the various stations in the operational process - from manual exchange with suppliers to automated in-house transportation (3, 4).
Various equipment details, such as in-mold labels and identification clips, provide information about the status, contents and destination of the load carrier (5, 6).

Safe and easy to clean
The Utz MEDIUM PLUS is ideal for storing loads. This is ensured by its torsional strength and surface quality. As an option, louvres are integrated into the inner walls of the container to lock in workpiece carriers. This allows components to be transported in a firmly fixed position.
Utz MEDIUM PLUS is also protected against splash water and foreign bodies when stacked (7, 8).
An important argument for the shuttle operation between the manufacturer and its suppliers: Utz MEDIUM PLUS can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly - thanks to a smooth inner base and smooth outer corners.
Water can run off via holes, including sloping ribs, so that the container is quickly ready for use again (optional) (9, optional).
