Your washing center for containers made of plastic and other non-organic materials

Reusable plastic containers and pallets get dirty during use and need to be cleaned from time to time. In most cases, the company's own infrastructure does not offer suitable means to clean containers in larger quantities rationally and in accordance with the quality requirements.

Environmentally friendly container cleaning center

We have invested a lot of time and effort in optimizing washing processes and environmental compatibility. Thanks to extensive tests, innovative further developments and as a result of the many demanding washing jobs, we have gained experience on which our quality and current success are based. And in everything we do, the environment is always our focus.

The photovoltaic system over the entire building roof contributes a large share of the electricity required. Consequently, we achieve a considerable reduction of the CO2 footprint for each washing order.

Services beyond washing containers

On request, we offer the sorting out of defective containers or the removal of labels. We commission your containers for collection according to your wishes. Our flexibility with regard to the delivery and collection time of your containers is part of our standard service.

Detergent Savings

The special water routing within the washing zones allows us to reduce the amount of detergent added. In addition, an electronic control for the detergent concentration permanently monitors the controlled wash liquor regeneration. Thanks to these measures, we achieve detergent savings of up to 70% compared to conventional water flow systems.

Exhaust air heat recovery WR and heat pump HP

The cold water for the post-purge flows first through the condensation unit (exhaust air cooler) and is preheated to a temperature of approx. 35°C. The exhaust air is cooled and dehumidified at the same time. The exhaust air is simultaneously cooled and dehumidified.

The waste heat from the rinse water fed directly from the Duplo rinse zone into the prewash zone is utilized in the double-walled heat exchanger.

An integrated heat pump heats the water again to approx.75°C by means of steam phrases. Subsequently, the rinse water is heated to approx. 85°C for post-rinse in the boiler.

In the double-walled heat exchanger, the waste heat of the rinse water fed directly from the Duplo rinse zone into the prewash zone is used.
