Utz Global Event at Europa-Park Arena

Whether it is a gala evening, conference or trade fair, a big show, concert or TV event – the new ‘Europa-Park Arena Center’ is the perfect venue for every occasion. Spanning an area of almost 3,000 sqm (total dimensions: 60 metres in length and 49 metres in width), the arena offers space for up to 5,000 people.

Dress code during the Gala event

During the jubilee event in the Arena Center, a neat and elegant outfit is welcome, although a suit and tie or an evening dress for women are not mandatory.
Only sports shoes, jeans and T'shirts are not suitable.

Safety rules / Covid19 - update

Since 03.04.2022 onwards, Due to the current Corona strategy of the federal state of Baden-Württemberg, the obligation to provide proof (recovered / vaccinated / tested) as well as the requirement to wear a mask for almost all areas of Europa-Park Resort will be waived. Only during the use of the shuttle bus and trains (between Rulantica, YULLBE and the Europa-Park hotels) and the stay in the Europa-Park first-aid station the mask requirement (medical mask or FFP2 mask) remains.

The Visitors of Europa-Park will only need a valid, day-dated admission ticket or, for overnight guests, a valid reservation confirmation for your visit to Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort.

Q 1: Is it possible to register additional employees after November 15th, such as new employees, employees who have been absent for a longer period due to illness, etc.?

Yes, in special cases it is possible, but in every case you need to talk to your local Coordinator.

Q 3: Is there lunch/dinner planned for Friday, Saturday, Sunday?

The dinner for participants is organized on Friday night in the hotel restaurants. For following days the details would be defined when closer to the Event.

Q 4: Who is responsible for checking the COVID certificates? Are they checked during the trip?

Local transportation coordinators are responsible for verifying travel safety. Those who do not have proof must organize their own transportation.

Q 5: What do we need for the trip?

Available for the time of travel:

  • FFP2 masks (access to closed public areas is currently only allowed with these masks) - please bring enough masks for the complete stay
  • COVID certificate (digital or printed) or vaccination certificate with the proof of vaccination.
  • Liquid disinfectant for the duration of the trip
