The Global Code of Conduct of the Utz Group
Dealing responsibly and respectfully with each other, our customers and suppliers is a cornerstone of the Utz culture. Based on our Utz values and in line with internationally recognized ethical and responsible business practices, we have developed the new Utz Group Global Code of Conduct. The Code provides guidance on issues such as personal integrity, corporate integrity and responsible behavior and helps our people make the right decisions in their daily work.
The new Utz Group Global Code of Conduct came into effect in September 2023 and applies to everyone who works for or on behalf of the Utz Group. We expect all employees to familiarize themselves with the Code of Conduct and to follow it in their daily work.
