Process engineer for injection molding – full time

Your tasks

• You will support production in the optimization of current processes as well as the implementation of new systems and optimized processes
• You will implement prototype and pilot series production, accompany the process acceptance of customer projects and any necessary tests and inspections
• You are actively involved in process improvements/reducing rejects/increasing efficiency
• You support the process mechanics with set-up processes
• You have very good knowledge of removal techniques, programming techniques and process techniques
• Training of technical employees
• Conversion and set-up of injection molding machines, preferably Engel and KraussMaffei
• Sampling of new molds and new materials
• Process acceptance of customer projects

Your profile

• You have completed training as a process mechanic in injection molding technology and further training as a master craftsman, technician or have a background in mechanical engineering, toolmaking or plastics technology and have professional experience in plastics processing
• Good knowledge of plastics/machinery and molds
• Flexibility, team-orientated way of working
• Basic English knowledge 
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts is a prerequisite
• Willingness to travel occasionally
